Museum trip – 10am.

Children move fast in low light -

See how fast my nephew moves? Here he is with his favourite item of the day – fossilised dinosaur poo. At least the poo stood still. After attempting a couple more photos of kids oohing and ahhhing at wonderous displays I moved on to taking funny-face photos of inanimate objects.

Ah, school holidays. How often they become a mad dash to do all those things you neglect to do the rest of the year–museum, aquarium, zoo, theatre, movies, play dates… Who said holiday?! I feel the way that smooth-headed blob fish looks! Next time we’re staying home and making bread…

Cute pictures. I love the angry fish. He does look particularly displeased! x

Now I just can’t wait for Le Artiste to pull his ‘oh woe is me, gonna drag my bottom lip on the floor’ face. I can brightly say “Wow, you just like a Smooth-head Blobfish when you do that.” Looks like a fabulous day out, enjoy your holidays.

I look just like that blobfish when I get out of bed.
I kid you not.
It takes a lot of make-up to make me look human.
Honest.
Fun Times a ce Musee avec Loobylu!

Poor, sad blobfish!

We went to the museum on Friday & the camera didn’t even leave my bag. Impressed with your shots. :)

Love the first photo, peering at the sharks and fish through the glass. And what a name, a ‘blobfish’, hahahha wonderful. Also, thanks for sharing the link to the zen chef. Going to watch his film and make his bread. He made me giggle in the preview.

We very much enjoyed the Dinosaur poo too and had to keep going back to it. About 5 times we watched the dinosaur poo.
What is it with kids and poo?

I have my own fossilized dino poo here in my office! The perks of being a geologist :)
